Welcome to Saalbach-Hinterglemm, a fantastic skiing destination situated between the mountains of Salzburgerland and Tirol in Austria. The World Championship in downhill skiing took place in Saalbach in 1991.

The town itself is situated 1100m above sea level. Snow is guaranteed here, from the middle of November to the middle April. Here you will find Freeskiing areas, a snowboard park with many pipes etc. Saalbach has 60 lifts and cable cars and 200 km of slopes. This vast area offers everything an extreme skier can wish for!

The beginner will also find everything he or she needs in Saalbach. You can choose from 5 schools teaching you how to ski, and the slopes for the beginners are really easy to go down!
