Welcome to the French Riviera and Côte d’Azur! You will find this “pearl” situated between Monaco and Saint Tropez in the Vence Area. In this area a visit to the artists’ town of St.Paul de Vence can be recommended! The city is a 20 minutes’ drive from the centre of Nice, and from the airport you will need only 30 minutes. From St.Paul de Vence you have a beautiful view of the ocean, the beaches, the small villages below,- everything the French Riviera can offer!

The cobbled streets with its crowds are amazing! You can just sit at a table outside one of the picturesque restaurants and enjoy life.

The town also has a wide variety of art galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants. The best restaurant is the world famous Colombe D’Or which also has its own art gallery. Marc Chagall painted some of his well known paintings here. Today you will still see many artists sitting in the streets painting their pictures, getting their inspiration from the colourful crowds passing by. Other local citizens enjoy a game of “Boccia” while sipping a glass of the good, local wine in between.

We strongly recommend a visit to one of the town’s many market places! Here you will find beautiful flowers, delicious fruit and home made dishes for sale. The atmosphere is fantastic and typical for the French Riviera.
